Privacy policy.

What we collect

• When you contact us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you send: your name, email, and the details of your project. It's delivered to our inbox so we can reply.
• Basic visit information. On some pages, including the private concept links we send to businesses, a small counter we run ourselves records the page, which sections were viewed, how long the page was open, the type of device and browser, screen width, the referring site, and an approximate city and network provider looked up from your IP address. We do not store your IP address. Visitors are told apart by a one-way scrambled code, not by name.
• Client Center. If you're a client, the Client Center shows the project, billing and request details we keep for your account. Change requests, follow-up messages, approvals and checklist answers you send there are stored so we can track and complete them. When you approve something or ask for changes, we save the date, time and a short device label (for example "Safari on iPhone") so we both have a record.
• Files you upload. Photos and documents you send through the Client Center are stored privately on our server, outside the public website, and only you and Worthy can open them. We remove hidden photo details such as GPS location and camera information when a photo is uploaded. We keep files while we're working together and delete them when you ask, unless we need them for our records.
• Sign-in and new-device codes. To protect your account, the first time you sign in on a new phone or computer we email you a 6-digit code. After that, a secure cookie remembers that device for 90 days. We keep a short sign-in history (time, device label and IP address) for security, and only Worthy can see it.
• Email notifications. If we have your email, the Client Center can send you updates on your requests, payment reminders a few days before a due date, receipts when a payment is recorded, and requests to approve work. You can turn off updates, reminders and receipts in the Care tab under Email settings. Sign-in codes and approval requests always come through because the account and your project need them.
• Cookies. The Client Center uses only cookies it needs: one that keeps you signed in, one that remembers a trusted device, and small ones that remember your light or dark setting. None are used for advertising.
• Server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and reliability.

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent or trade your information.
• We don't use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels or cross-site tracking.
• We don't store card or bank details. Payments are handled by Stripe.
• We don't share the files you upload with anyone, and we don't use them for anything except your project.

Services we rely on

We use a few trusted providers to run the studio, and they handle information under their own privacy policies: our website host, Google Workspace for email, Google Fonts for the typefaces on this site, Stripe for payments, and an e-signature service for agreements. An approximate location lookup service converts IP addresses to a city for our visit counter.

How long we keep it

We keep emails, project records and uploaded files for as long as we're working together and as long as needed for our business and tax records. Client Center data is backed up nightly in encrypted form, and backups are kept for 14 days. Visit records are kept only as long as they're useful for following up on our own outreach.

Your choices

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we need to keep it for legal or accounting reasons. If you received an email from us and would rather not hear from us again, just reply and say so.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
